ESTRUCTURA DE GOBERNANZA: 

 

Lluch Essence is a family ow​ned company dedicated to the g​lobal distribution and commercialisation of essential oils and aroma chemicals with over 60 years of experience.

These past few years, we have evolved our sustainability governance mechanisms from formal structures to more collaborative processes. We further reinforced leadership, ownership and management of sustainability issues by creating new roles and revising our sustainability governance structure.

Reflecting the importance we place in people, culture and, values we transferred responsibility for sustainability to our Chief Financial Officer, who is a member of the Executive committee, reporting annually to the Board on our corporate sustainability strategy and performance.

Following this change, we also created a new social corporate responsibility team focused on defining ambitious and measurable objective annually approved by the Executive committee. The achievement of those objectives is measured using performance indicators monitored.

We have implemented those committees which assure that Lluch is managed with transparency to foster trust with the company and also to our stakeholders. Decisions are always taken under the umbrella of ethics and bearing in mind effectiveness and sustainability.

Our Executive committee includes several people which play a part in the main activities of the company. All of them assume the role of leaders in front of the teams that report to them, assuming the relevant responsibilities of their workspace:

Los productos/servicios prestados por LLUCH ESSENCE han sido diseñados incorporando mejoras que reducen su impacto ambiental en la prestación.

Our top priority has and always will be the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate. COVID-19 has changed our lives in many ways, including the way we work and the use of technology. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has provided some short-term positive environmental impacts such as temporary improvements in air quality, lower greenhouse gas emissions and lower levels of noise pollution.

Due to the current situation, at Lluch Essence we have noticed a decrease in the residues generated by our activity, especially in the paper consumption in our offices where employees have improved their printing habits and now these acquired practices are still in practice. Other practices implemented at Lluch Essence in order to reduce our paper consumption include printing drafts on the unused side of old papers before printing a final document, reusing paper for notes, printing on both sides of the paper and using digital forms or platforms (processes digitalization).

As a result of environmental awareness, many of today’s consumers are demanding greater transparency in the products they acquired. More customers want to know where their products come from and what their ingredients are, prioritizing ingredients of natural and organic origin. Since 2019 we are increasing the organic and natural ingredients of our portfolio, as well as the mixture of these essential oils in our manufacturing sites of flavouring or fragrances for third parties, according to European leaf or Ecocert Cosmos Organic respectively.

Organic agriculture, also known as ecological or bio, reflects a method of agricultural production that respects the environment, based on farming practices and breeding in tune with natural cycles, which exclude the use of genetically modified organisms, promoting genetic diversity, which means a conservation of the biodiversity of species and types and, aim to restrict the use of synthetic chemicals (both fertilizers and pesticides) and ensure a high level of welfare for living beings. In addition, it includes all other stages of the supply chain (supply of raw materials, processing, storage, transport, distribution and retail services).

Following our environmental commitment Lluch Essence has increased its organic catalogue in 2020 and, now we can offer more than forty organic essential oils certified by CCPAE and ECOCERT to our customers.

Regarding Lluch Essence’s processes optimization, we prioritise solutions that avoid waste, result in reduced waste quantities or in increased recycling.

One   of   the   ways   we   are   getting   closer   to   our   waste   management targets is by putting more emphasis on the idea of the circular economy, a generic term for an industrial economy that produces little or no waste. In the circular economy model, various measures are taken, such as repairing and reusing our pallets.

Pallets are considered an important component in our system approach to the supply chain. They are a crucial part of our sustainability strategy based on the recyclability of materials and the use of the assets.

Almost all our goods are shipped on pallets, this is the reason why there is an awareness from the point of production to consumption and return. They are considered as integral components of the supply chain that can be a competitive advantage. The increasing emphasis on a circular economy compared to a linear approach applies to pallets in two areas: operational efficiency and life cycle. At the end of their life cycle, pallets are repaired or recycled for another round of reuse. Using pallets in this manner generates economic and environmental benefits.

Driving the shift to Carbon neutrality

At Lluch Essence, we consider the carbon footprint as the total amount of greenhouse gases that are generated by our actions as a company, in the events where we are involved and, our products lifecycle, among others factors.

We perform semestral calculation on the Scope 1, 2 and, 3 using OECC (Oficina Española de Cambio Climático) Calculator,understanding the Scope 1 emissions as the direct emissions from owned or controlled sources: emissions generated by our facilities and company vehicles; Scope 2 as those indirect emissions from the generation of the purchased electricity and, Scope 3 as all the indirect emissions (not included in scope 2) that occur in the value chain of the company, including both upstream and downstream emissions: business flights and exhibitions or events.  The carbon footprint is measured in CO2 equivalent mass.

Once the value of the footprint is calculated and well-known, we perform its offsetting. Carbon offset schemes allow us to invest in environmental and social projects around the world in order to balance out our carbon footprint. The projects are based in developing countries and are designed to reduce future emissions. This 2020 the total amount of Lluch Essence’s carbon footprint was 233 tonnes CO2 which was compensated through hydro projects working on generating electricity from flowing water.  These projects reduce the need to burn fossil fuels to generate their own power by preserving natural resources, promoting renewable energy generation, reducing dependency on non-renewable resources, helping spread green technology worldwide and, improving health.

·       138 tonnes CO2 (first semester): Las Palmas Small Hydroelectric Power Plant (Colombia).

Las Palmas Small Hydroelectric Power Plant Project which is developed by GENERACIÓN DE ENERGÍA, S.A.S. is located in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Osos, Antioquia Department, Colombia. The purpose of the Project is to utilize the water resources of the Río Grande River to generate electricity, which will be delivered to the national interconnection grid without CO2 emissions.

·       95 tonnes CO2 (second semester): Chacayes CDM CP1 (Chile)

Chacayes run of river hydro project is a 111 mw power plant located in the Cachapoal Valley, Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins Region, Chile. Operating since 2011, it has been playing an important role in helping to meet the country’s increasing demand for electricity, reducing CO2 emissions and contributing to its economic growth and to the sustainable development of the local communities.

Descripción de los impactos principales o significativos:

Lluch Essence offers a wide portfolio with more than 4000 references, raw materials of vegetable (botanical), animal, mineral or synthetic origin.

In order to provide our customers  the best product variety and typology (organoleptic and physicochemical properties),we maintain  a long-lasting commercial relationship with the largest manufacturers of raw materials for both perfumery and food as well as with those manufacturers who harvest and create essential oils in smaller volumes. Purchases of raw materials are intended to be economically, socially and environmentally sustainable, promoting the economic development of rural communities and purchasing directly from the origin countries reduces the number of intermediaries, the carbon footprint in the distribution process and improves the living conditions of many families. In addition, our company also owns HUBs in Shanghai and Mumbai, warehouses in Colombia and Malaysia and is fitted with a network of distributors in several countries, which allow us to achieve the transition to a low-carbon economy.

In terms of environmental impact, Lluch Essence is concerned about the situation of native forests and therefore since 2019 it has been calculating the emissions generated (CO2) by its activity and compensating through reforestation projects in the Peruvian Amazon and in hydroelectric power plants, thereby contributing to the fulfilment of at least five of the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations:  no 5 (Gender Equality), no 7 (Affordable and Clean Energyl), no 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), no 12 (Responsible Consumption  and Production), no 13 (Climate Action) and no 15 ( Life on Land).

Work and labor relations

Lluch Essence promotes equality and the quality of people's work. There is a 76% job stability, and we continue to grow so that the positions are even more stable. We work on family conciliation policies, offering our staff flexible hours, and we ensure that work is decent according to our collective agreement.

Regarding comprehensive compensation and benefits, we rely on a flexible compensation plan, made up of different products and services that are exempt from the personal income tax; we offer a vacation day for birthdays; we provide free parking on our facilities; we count on water and season’s fruit services; as well as Christmas events, Christmas gift baskets, and economic benefits in situations of marriage, birth or long-term leave.

We are also very aware as a family company of talent retention, providing the necessary support in complicated situations such as deaths of relatives or hospitalizations. However, we also celebrate the best moments of our staff by giving presents to families when there is a birth in the great family of Lluch Essence.

Labor conditions and social protection

At Lluch Essence, since the pandemic, we have established wellness policies by conducting training in emotional management, mindfulness, tips for doing physical activity or better managing telework, increasing knowledge of cybersecurity, among others.

In addition, due to the pandemic, we have adapted to the new reality that we are experiencing by establishing teleworking voluntarily, through an extra-statutory pact arranged with the Company Committee, stipulating one day a week to guarantee the operation of each department.

However, we offer safe face-to-face work with optimal conditions in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention.

On the other hand, we have a Compliance Committee that covers possible complaints that may arise, as well as a complaint channel with an Equality Agent for situations related to sexual or labor harassment.

Social dialogue

In compliance with our collective agreement, at Lluch Essence we hold monthly meetings with the Company Committee, with whom we work on social dialogue and carry out a follow-up of the staff’s doubts and concerns, as well as validating improvements and news that impact every member of Lluch Essence.

Human development and training in the workplace

At Lluch Essence, we foster an internal professional growth. We like to impart internal trainings and formations to further analyze our firm, so that employees can better understand the purpose of their job every day.

The way society as a whole will respond to environmental challenges in the next decade will be decisive, and making today the most wise and sustainable decisions will ensure a stable climate in the near future. Companies posses the crucial factor to attain that idyllic future, using their position in the world market to boost sustainable initiatives and requesting the collaboration of their stakeholders.

Lluch Essence’s sustainability strategy is built with those values as a basis, working on those and continuously integrating them in all our procedures. We thereupon present our implemented actions on 2020:

·         Establishing economically, socially and environmentally sustainable purchases: promoting rural communities’ economy, purchasing directly from the origin, placing HUBS in Shanghai and Mumbai and warehouses in Colimbia and Malaysia.

·         Compensating footprint: Lluch Essence’s footprint is compensated through reforestation projects in the Peruvian Amazon and in hydroelectric power plants.

·         Calculating parameters: such as carbon and water footprint, emission inventory, electrical power consumption and environmental indicators.

·         Controlling our environmental impact: starting a partnership with ClimateTrade, in order to minimizing our environmental impact by offsetting emissions generated, expanding our Organic Portfolio with 16 new products and starting a profit study for employing reusable packaging for the sample.

·         Participating in sustainable initiatives such as workshops and webinars.

·         Training the staff on minimization of the environmental impact.

           Detecting and preventing environmental risks: Sustainability Indexes  such as Ecovadis, RightSupply or Sedex are used to detect and prevent environmental risks.

Lluch Essence considers the environmental management as a fundamental value of our business culture. For this reason we carry out our activities in an environmentally friendly manner and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, and we are firmly committed with the conservation and balanced use of the resources we employ.

To achieve this purpose Lluch Essence establishes the following commitments:

  • Adopting the necessary measures to guarantee the fulfillment of all the applicable environmental regulations and other commitments of voluntary adhesion.
  • Preventing, control and minimize the environmental impact of the activity in the surroundings. Opting for those investments or optimization of resources that allow for a sustainable growth.
  • Committing with the reduction of energy consumption, waste, discharges and emissions in its activity, also forming part of the important global effort to create a more environmentally friendly society.
  • Proactively participating in associations and other interest groups that promote initiatives that contribute to greater environmental awareness ant the improvement of production processes, based on the sustainable management of resources.
  • Training, raising awareness and involving all its staff so that they develop and apply actions that minimize environmental impact in their daily activities, promoting the responsible use of natural resources.
  • Adopting the necessary measures to prevent environmental risks, especially serious accidents, and to limit their consequences on the environment.

Lluch Essence assumes the responsibility for putting these principles into practice, promoting environmental improvement and allocating the necessary resources to ensure the successful implementation of this environmental policy and has developed several operations for the actions described above:

·   Guaranteeing the fulfillment of the environmental regulations: Lluch has a consolidated Calculating Methodology of the following parameters:

    • Carbon footprint with OECC (Oficina Española de Cambio Climático) Calculator
    • Water footprint with Water Footprint Network Calculator
    • Emissions inventory (biannual log)
    • Electrical power consumption (monthly log)
    • Environmental  indicators such as polluting emissions, percent of waste sent to landfill,  percent of renewable energy consumption, percent of renewable energy generated, percent of hazardous waste generated, etc. (yearly log)

 

·         Controlling the environmental  impact:

o    In October 2019, Lluch Essence, started a partnership with ClimateTrade, to minimize our environmental impact by offsetting emissions generated (facilities, vehicles, business flights, and participation in exhibitions). Likewise, emissions of the second semester were compensated in March 2020, relying again on the collaboration with the digital platform ClimateTrade.

o    The Organic Portfolio has been expanded with 16 new products (25 product in 20219 vs. 41 products in 2020), all certified by CCPAE and ECOCERT.

    • A profit analysis of employing reusable packaging for the samples has been studied with the help of Cupons ACCIO, a tool offered by the regional government that give the companies economical benefits for Circular Economy projects.

·         Reducing the energy consumption: The lockdown imposed by the government due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent mobility restrictions has resulted in a uncommon low energy consumption (0,0791MWh/u) and no measures were needed.

·         Participating in sustainable initiatives: The pandemic, despite the uncertainty caused, gave Lluch the opportunity of participating in many online workshops and webinars and learning about fresh innovating ideas and solutions that are being studied.

·         Training the staff on minimization of the environmental impact: Information boards and periodical reminders of good practices  have been posted.

·    Preventing environmental risks : The following Sustainability Indexes are used to detect and prevent environmental risks:

    • Ecovadis: Lluch Essence reports annually to the EcoVadis CSR assessment questionnaire. The final score is calculated on the basis of 21 CSR criteria in the following areas: Environment, Social, Business ethics and Responsible purchasing. In 2019, Lluch Essence obtained a score of 46/100, 10 points more than our previous score, for the first time the company obtained the level of engagement "Bronce". This score places us above the medium punctuation of companies evaluated by EcoVadis in our sector. Our scorecard is currently shared with 34 of our customers.  
    • SEDEX: Is one of the world's leading ethical trade membership organisation, working with businesses to improve working conditions in global supply chains. They provide an online platform, tools and services to help businesses operate responsibly and sustainably, protect workers (health, safety and labor standards) and source ethically. as part of Lluch Essence's transparency policy we share with our customers our report through SEDEX platform: ZC131445924.

Compliance is the set of procedures and best practices that have been defined with the aim of minimising the legal and operational risks that may arise from conducting our business and that may lead to fines and penalties or even criminal consequences. For this purpose, internal mechanisms for prevention, management, control and intervention have been established. In this regard, the Lluch Essence Code of Ethics has been integrated into the strategy of the company as part of the corporate culture. Its purpose is to establish the principles, values and rules of conduct that govern the ethical behaviour of everyone who is part of Lluch Essence and all its stakeholders.

All persons who are part of Lluch Essence must maintain strict observance of the existing legislation in all territories in which the company conducts its business. When recruiting personnel, Lluch Essence is governed by the principle of non-discrimination due to gender, age, nationality, religion, political or sexual orientation, marital status, disability or familial responsibilities.

Relationships among Lluch Essence professionals must always be based on mutual respect and trust defined by freedom, the spirit of collaboration and the inherent rights of individuals for the purpose of maintaining a pleasant working environment. Lluch Essence take threats thoughtfully and continuously works to improve systems, which are constantly monitored and regularly updated so they provide the most effective security to protect processes and data.

At a systems level, we have all the confidential information of our employees registered through GPO's specific to each department, with a validation system by AD that is validated at the same time, through two redundant FW's. Thus, if an asset goes down or is saturated, it can automatically jump to the passive ASA.

We also have users that connect through a DMZ, which authenticates directly Lluch's FW through the AD.

At a customer data and more confidential information level, all information is not physically available, and is hosted externally by a point-to-point to a multinational technology company that deals with Microsoft, IBM or SAP data. That is why they have a rigorous backup system,  with a knowledge and certifications in networking able to cope with our infrastructure.

One of the actions devoted to reducing our environmental impact has been the calculation of our carbon footprint and the subsequent compensation in social and environmental projects. This year, CO2 emissions have been compensated in the project of the installation of several hydroelectric power plants that generate electricity from flowing water.  These projects reduce the use of fossil fuels and promote renewable energy generation, helping spread green technology worldwide and.

For years, scientists have warned us that environmental problems, which are the consequence of human activity, represent a danger both to our health and that of the planet. The coronavirus has shown us that we are not immune to these threats and their impact must not allow us to forget the great challenge facing humanity: the fight against climate change.

Carbon footprint calculation and compensation: Lluch Essence performs the calculation and compensation of its carbon footprint (scope 1 and 2). This 2020 the total amount of Lluch Essence’s carbon footprint was 233 tonnes CO2 which has been compensated through hydro projects working on generating electricity from flowing water.  These projects reduce the need to burn fossil fuels to generate their own power by preserving natural resources, promoting renewable energy generation, reducing dependency on non-renewable resources, helping spread green technology worldwide and, improving health.

Mask and gloves donation: While COVID-19 has presented a new set of challenges, our commitment to our communities remains steadfast. In response to this emergency, at the beginning of the Spanish lockdown, Lluch Essence donated more than 12.000 masks and 700 protective gloves to local hospitals which were in critical need of personal protective equipment.

Tablets donation: When schools closed in the lockdown, Lluch Essence wanted to help those students in need who requested technological devices in order to continue their classes at home. Thus, Lluch Essence donate tablets to SAO El Prat, a local non-profit socio-educational entity with the purpose of accompanying children, young people and their families in vulnerable situations.

Gender Equality plan creation: Lluch Essence has articulated a strategic view aimed at achieving gender equality by working on our Gender Equality Plan by performing an analysis, planning, implementation and monitoring the process and the progress.

Solar Panels (320 solar panels): Lluch Essence is committed to an efficient, sustainable and renewable production in a way that respects the environment and the distribution of the energy, focusing our efforts on the production of our own solar energy for self-consumption by installing 320 solar panels on the rooftop of our headquarters in Barcelona. Now, Lluch Essence is powered by 100% Renewable Energy. Our commitment to the planet and people is global.

Our top priority has and always will be the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate. COVID-19 has changed our lives in many ways, including the way we work. In order to reward the employee’s efforts during this difficult year, in December 2020 Lluch Essence shared with the team some presents based on our sustainable values and commitments:

  • An organic cotton bag hand-printed by a local Barcelona company. This local purchase helped the company to continue its business activity, inactive due to the lockdown. One of the simplest first steps toward a more ecofriendly life is to start using cotton bags as it can be reused several times, are made from a biodegradable material and use less water, energy and oil, having less impact on the environment.
  • A chocolate bar which cost goes directly to the Enriqueta Villavecchia Children's Oncology Foundation, which is a non-profit charitable organization with the purpose to comprehensively cover the needs of children and young people in cancer treatment and those families in Catalonia.

Clothing Donation: Donating the used clothing can help countless people because they are sent to third world countries and to disaster-stricken areas, this allows people living in poverty to afford much-needed clothes and shoes. Moreover, donating used clothing contribute to the circular economy where things are manufactured, used for as long as possible, then recycled. This would help to build a sustainable environment where things don’t go to waste as easily, and where everything is being used to its maximum potential.

Taking these sustainable principles in mind, in October 2020, at Lluch Essence it was organized a Clothing Donation activity. Everyone at Lluch Essence donated as much clothes as they could, collecting more than five cardboard containers, which means more than 230 Kg of clothes, donated to Amiga’s foundation (https://www.formacioitreball.org/es/).

Toys Donation: At Lluch Essence, we believe every child has a fundamental right to play, and we strive to leverage our corporate resources to make that happen. In December 2020 we organize a Toys donation activity, providing spaces for Lluch Essence employees to donate toys in a good condition, then they were donated to Sant Joan de Déu, to contribute to the fight against childhood cancer.

Creation of a Corporate social responsibility team: These past few years, we have evolved our sustainability governance mechanisms from formal structures to more collaborative processes. We further reinforced leadership, ownership and management of sustainability issues by creating new roles and revising our sustainability governance structure. Thus, we have created a corporate social responsibility team which will manage social and environmental projects and will raise awareness into Lluch Essence team and collaborators by taking our sustainability commitment to the high level.

Raising awarness campaign ODS: At Lluch Essence, we participated to the campaign of raising awareness as part of the International Day of people with disabilities. We strongly believe in the full and equal participation of persons with disabilities. Disability inclusion is an essential condition to upholding human rights, sustainable development, peace and security. It is also central to the promise of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to leave no one behind.

On the International Day of people with disabilities we were lucky to have the testimony of Issach Padrós, ambassador of Eurofirms Foundation. He shared his experience as a blind person with Lluch Essence team. The purpose of Eurofirms foundation is to normalize disability, through the effort of promoting labour inclusion of people with disabilities and generating inclusive workplaces so no one will be left behind.

Reusing pallets (ODS 12): Pallets are considered an important component in our system approach to the supply chain. They are a crucial part of our sustainability strategy based on the recyclability of materials and the use of the assets. Almost all our goods are shipped on pallets, this is the reason why there is an awareness from the point of production to consumption and return. The increasing emphasis on a circular economy compared to a linear approach applies to pallets in two areas: operational efficiency and life cycle. At the end of their life cycle, pallets are repaired or recycled for another round of reuse. Using pallets in this manner generates economic and environmental benefits.

Treedom (Lluch Essece Global Forest): In December 2020, Lluch Essence created its own Global Forest around the world, with more than 1,000 trees chosen and planted by its employees, customers, and suppliers. The cocoa tree has been planted the most (35%), and Cameroon received the majority of the trees (20%). Thanks to this initiative, more than 106,500 kg of CO2 have been captured, and in the future enough CO2 will have been absorbed to fill up 555 trucks. With this initiative, Lluch Essence has contributed to the absorption of CO2 worldwide, the protection of biodiversity, the contrast of soil erosion and desertification, and reforestation.

Verificación de contenidos

El Índice RS26000 es una valoración cuantitativa de la sostenibilidad a partir de un conjunto de indicadores específicos de responsabilidad social y ambiental corporativa. Toma como referencia más de 200 variables e integra las informaciones declaradas por la organización en el marco de la norma ISO 26000 y de la Agenda 2030. 

Los Índices e Informes de Sostenibilidad RightSupply RS26000 generados en esta plataforma han de someterse a un proceso de verificación de contenidos a cargo de los auditores de ECOMUNDIS.  La organización podrá optar a validaciones ampliadas de su Índice RS26000, a cargo de organismos certificadores oficiales y dentro de sus propios procesos de certificación de normas y estándares.

Certificado RS26000

Una vez verificados los contenidos, la organización puede hacer público o comunicar su Índice RS26000 ante sus clientes y otras partes interesadas. El Certificado RS26000  tiene una validez máxima anual desde la fecha de su emisión y, una vez este haya prescrito, la plataforma mantendrá accesible el presente Informe RS26000 por un máximo de tres meses.

Right Supply se reserva los derechos de revocar el certificado RS26000 y de eliminar de esta plataforma aquellos contenidos declarados por la organización, si se demuestra que esta haya incurrido en la omisión de aspectos relevantes o en falsedad de las informaciones  aportadas.

EVALUACIÓN DEL ÍNDICE RS26000

El sistema de evaluación RightSupply traslada el valor numérico del Índice RS26000 a una escala de letras de menor a mayor sostenibilidad y de acuerdo con el siguiente gráfico.

Las organizaciones con puntuaciones A+ cumplen adicionalmente de los siguientes [requisitos].

EVALUACIÓN RS 26000 POR MATERIAS FUNDAMENTALES

Por otro lado y de forma complementaria, el desempeño de la organización es evaluado numéricamente para cada una de las siete materias fundamentales de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (ISO 26000) y mediante una escala que otorga 7 puntos o estrellas.  Con el objeto de reconocer el esfuerzo de las organizaciones, se establece que las cuatro estrellas de mayor puntuación sean distinguidas con el color dorado. De esta forma, la organización podrá cuantificar el número total de estrellas doradas obtenidas de forma acumulada.

Company Sustainability Index es el sistema de evaluación y puntuación escogido por las organizaciones para analizar objetivamente su progreso en materia de sostenibilidad, mejorarlo progresivamente y comunicarlo ante sus clientes y stakeholders.

Gracias a las informaciones introducidas en la plataforma, el sistema genera de forma automática el Informe RS26000, facilitando la evaluación y el reporte de la responsabilidad social corporativa de las empresas. Dicho informe puede ser registrado como documento COP (Communication On Progres) en el esquema Global Compact de las Naciones Unidas.

Sustainable Value  Chain es un Servicio de evaluación del Índice de Sostenibilidad de los proveedores para la cadena de suministro de las empresas.  RS 26000 · SVC reporta anualmente para su organización indicadores, agregados y por proveedor, en materias tan importantes como la economía circular, el cambio climático y otros aspectos relevantes del ámbito del buen gobierno corporativo.
